Chocolate Mint Ice Cream

1 can Eagle sweetened milk

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

2 cups whipping cream

1 (4.67oz) pkg. Andes Mints (28) chopped
Andes Baking Chips are available also now in stores.


In a small bowl combine the milk and syrup; set aside

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream until stiff peaks appear.

Fold in the chocolate mixture and the chopped candies.

Pour into a 2 qt. freezer container.

Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving
