Cherry Cordial Dessert
Ingredients:
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. maraschino cherries, halved
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
4 (1.55 - ounce) milk chocolate bars, finely chopped
1/4 c. creme de cacao
Garnishes: sweetened whipped cream, maraschino cherries
Method:
Combine first 4 ingredients; spoon mixture into a 9-inch spring form pan. Cover
and freeze at least 4 hours or until firm. Carefully remove sides of spring form
pan. Cut into wedges to serve. Spoon creme de cacao over each serving. Garnish
if desired. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings.
