Chocolate Caramel Cream Dessert

1 pkg devil's food cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups toffe bits
1 1/4 cups caramel sundae sauce
2 cups whipping (35%) cream
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Prepare and bake cake in 13x9 inch cake pan, greased, according to package
directions. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
Poke holes with end of wooden spoon, about 1 inch deep and 1 inch apart over
entire surface of cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top. Sprinkle half the
toffee bits on top. Pour caramel sauce on top. Beat whipping cream to stiff
peaks. Spread evenly over cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and remaining toffee
bits over cream. Chill until serving.
