Chocolate Orange Mousse with
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate
1 4 oz. bar of sweet baking chocolate
1/4 cup triple sec
2 cups of Whipping cream
In double boiler, melt chocolates. Remove from heat and stir in triple sec.Fold
in 3/4 of the whipped cream slowly. Spoon into 4-6 parfait glasses. Top with
remaining whipped cream and gaarnish with raspberries.
