Pineapple Bavarian Cream Recipe

Pineapple Bavarian Cream

2 cups whipping cream
1 cup crushed pineapple
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
1 package lemon gelatin
A few grains of salt

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy. Fold in pineapple. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour in a mold and chill. Serves 8.
