Pineapple Bavarian Cream

Ingredients:
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup crushed pineapple
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
1 package lemon gelatin
A few grains of salt
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cool
until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy. Fold in pineapple. Fold in
stiffly whipped cream. Pour in a mold and chill. Serves 8.
