Cherry-Crowned Cocoa Pudding

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/3 cup all-purpose biscuit baking mix
2 cups milk
1 cup water
canned cherry pie filling, chilled
Instructions:
1. Stir together sugar, cocoa and baking mix in medium saucepan. Stir in milk
and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to
full boil; remove from heat.
2. Pour into dessert dishes. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface.
Refrigerate several hours or until set. Garnish with cherry pie filling.
