White Chocolate and Nutella Bread

Ingredients:
1/2 loaf brioche, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 C milk
1 C heavy cream
1 vanilla bean, scraped
6 oz white chocolate
3 oz Nutella
4 egg yolks
2 oz sugar
Nutella Sauce
4 oz heavy cream
4 oz Nutella
Instructions:
1. Heat milk, cream and vanilla bean. Temper hot liquids into the eggs yolks and
sugar.
2. Whisk in white chocolate and Nutella until melted. Pour over brioche.
3. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
4. For the Nutella sauce, heat cream and whisk in Nutella until well blended.
Pour sauce over finished product. |
