French Baked Doughnuts

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
Topping:
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar thoroughly. Add egg. Mix well. Add sifted dry
ingredients, alternately with milk. Fill buttered muffin tins half full. Bake at
350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from tins. Roll in butter, then in
cinnamon and sugar mixture.
