Easter White Chocolate And Lime

6 oz Soft lady fingers
2 pack Philadelphia cheese (2x250g)
1 cup Sugar
6 White chocolate squares
1/4 cup Lime juice
1 Gelatine env. unflavored
2 tsp Lime peel, fine grated
1 cup Whipping cream, whipped
1 Melt chocolate.
2 Halve lady fingers lengthwise.
3 Line bottom and sides of an 8 ½-inch springform pan with ladyfingers, rounded
sides facing out.
4 Beat cream cheese on lowest speed of electric mixer until smooth.
5 Blend in sugar and chocolate; mix well.
6 Sprinkle geletine on top of lime juice in saucepan.
7 Let stand 5 minutes to soften.
8 Stir mixture over low heat until gelatine is dissolved.
9 Blend warm gelatine and lime peel into cheese mixture.
10 Fold cheese mixture into whipped cream.
11 Pour into pan.
12 Chill at least 3 hours.
13 Garnish with strawberries and lime slices.
