1 green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. each: curry powder and Original Blend Mrs. Dash
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise or fat-free sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
1 can (6 oz.) crab, drained
In a medium-size skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, stir-fry green onion and garlic over medium heat until soft. Add curry powder, Mrs. Dash, mayonnaise or sour cream, lemon juice and Morton Lite Salt Mixture. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Gently stir in drained crab. Heat until warm. Serve warm with low-fat crackers or mini-toasts. Serves 6.
