Ingredients: 1 cup non-fat dry milk 1 cup citrus-flavored low-calorie soda 1 teaspoon orange extract 1 cup strawberries, sliced and sweetened, if desired 1 cup blueberries Method: Mix dry milk with soda and extract. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Alternate layers of strawberries, topping and blueberries. Serves 4 |
