Chicken Marbella

Ingredients:
8 Chicken breasts
1 Clove of garlic (at least)
1/4 cup Oregano
½ cup Olive oil
1 cup Pitted prunes
½ cup Green olives sliced
½ cup Capers w/juice
6 Bay leaves
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup White wine misc. Cilantro
Mix all of the above ingredients (minus wine if marinating, add last). Pour over
chicken and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with Rice (long grain, or
rice-a-roni pilaf).
