Chicken Picata

Ingredients
8 Chicken breasts
2 Lemons
1 Jar of capers
14oz. Chicken broth
1/2cup Olive oil
taste Pepper
taste Salt
enough Flour
taste Margarine
Mix flour, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Flour the chicken and place in a
pan with the oil and margarine until chicken is cooked. Take juices from
pan and mix with capers, lemon juice and chicken broth.
Stir slowly and heat to mix, then pour over chicken. Serve with Rice and steamed
Veggies.
