Lt. Ron Rago's Kick Ass Firehouse Lasagna

Ingredients:
1 box lasagna noodles
1 egg
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 box frozen spinach-drained
2 large cans or bottles of spaghetti sauce
1 can mushrooms-chopped-optional
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1 chopped green pepper
1 can of parmesan & Romano cheese-mixed
1½ lbs of hot or mild Italian sausage-cooked


DIRECTIONS:

spread layer of sauce on bottom of long deep cake pan. lay cooked noodles side-by-side long ways in pan. in lg. bowl mix egg, ricotta, spinach & parmesan & Romano. mix well. spread onto noodles&add a little more sauce. sprinkle on some sausage&mushrooms. lay more noodles on top of mixture&repeat till you get to top. on top add more sauce&add mozzarella & green pepper. bake in 325 oven covered 50 min,10 min uncovered or until cheese is golden brown.
