Sausage Gravy Recipe

Sausage Gravy

1 1/2 lbs. of Good Bulk Sausage
1 can Evaporated Milk
Couple Tablespoons of Flour
Salt, Pepper, Water to Taste


Serves 6 People (or 4 Firefighters)

Brown Sausage in Large Skillet. Pour off grease, reserving two Tbsp of Grease. On Med. Heat, add Flour, mix with sausage. Add Milk, Pepper, 8-10 oz of Water, then stir mixture until a thick gravy is form.

Gravy can be thickened or thinned by using more/less water. Salt to taste. Enjoy over Hot Buttermilk Biscuits.
