8 ounces fresh scallops, rinsed, trimmed
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Coat scallops in buttermilk then roll in breadcrumbs. Spread over baking sheet
which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 450ºF for 10 to 15 minutes,
or until golden brown and firm when pressed. Serves 2.
