Fried Soft-Shell Crabs Recipe

Fried Soft-Shell Crabs   



6 Crabs, soft-shell
1 cup Milk
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
Parsley, minced, fresh
1 Egg, beaten
Salt to taste
Lemon slices


Wash cleaned crabs well. Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper; soak crabs in mixture. Coat crabs with flour, then deep-fry in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels; garnish with lemon slices and sprinkle with minced parsley.
