Southern Pecan Stuffed Salmon Recipe

Southern Pecan Stuffed Salmon   



4 cups fine bread crumbs
5 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

4 cups pecan pieces
2 cups fresh chopped parsley
2 cups thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup lemon zest
1 cup lemon juice
4 cups salmon fillets (6 oz. each)


salt and pepper to taste Mix above ingredients well. Take five 6 ounce filets, cut pocket down the middle and into sides and stuff with pecan mixture. Roast in 400F oven for about 10 minutes
