Luau Fondue
Ingredients:
1 hour 20 minutes 1 hr 10 mins prep
2-3 lbs pork tenderloins
soya sauce
3 cups chicken broth, approx
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
Directions:
Brush the pork with soya sauce on all sides. Let marinate for 1 hour. Slice the
pork paper thin and arrange either flat or rolled on a platter. Mix the broth
and the ginger in the fondue pot and bring to a boil. Serve with rice and sauces
for dipping. Plum sauce, pineapple sauce, curry sauce (if you like spicy).
