Boiled Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
2 squares chocolate
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3/4 cup of milk (can)
2 cups of granulated sugar
Directions:
Put all ingredients in saucepan except vanilla. Heat on low until sugar melts.
Turn heat up, when mixture boils cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until creamy enough to spread.
Makes enough for 3 layers. |
