Cinnamon Chocolate Glaze             

Ingredients:
2 T Cocoa
1 T Each of oil and corn syrup
2 T Plus 1 teaspoon water
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 c Icing sugar

Directions:
In small saucepan combine first four ingredients. Stir over low heat until smooth, gradually beat in sugar until smooth and shiny.
