Cinnamon Frosting       

Ingredients:
1 lb box Powdered sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 C Melted butter or margarine
2 tbsp Milk
1 Egg white
Dash of salt
 

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy, 2 - 4 minutes, on medium speed. Makes enough for 9" double layer cake.
