Cream Cheese Glaze
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 T unsalted butter
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 T each, lemon and orange finely grated
1 1/4 ~ 1 1/2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and cream with butter. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla and
grated lemon and orange. Fold in confectioner's sugar to make a soft, drippy
glaze. Drizzle over cooled cake. Allow to set. Recover excess and glaze again.
