Cream Cheese Pineapple Frosting     

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) can pineapple pie filling
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
 

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese with whipped topping, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Mix well and frost cake with this mixture.
Spread pineapple pie filling over frosting, sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.
