Crunchy Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients:
3/4 Butter stick
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 c Milk
1 1/2 c Peanut butter, crunchy
1 ts Vanilla
Directions:
In large saucepan melt butter. Add sugar, milk, peanut butter, and vanilla. Cook
in top half of double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently, until
thick and creamy, approximately 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly. Sufficient to
frost 4 8" layers.
