Egg Nog Icing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 egg yolks
6 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
Directions:
Beat butter and egg yolks until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, 2
cups at a time, alternately with the bourbon. Beat well after each addition.
Makes enough for a 3-layer cake
