Fluffernutter Frosting
Ingredients:
1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
Directions:
In small bowl with mixer at low speed, combine Fluff, peanut butter and butter
until blended.
Increase speed to medium. Beat in confectioners' sugar, alternately with milk,
adding just enough milk to make frosting smooth and easy to spread. Beat in
vanilla.
Makes enough to fill and frost 2 (8-or 9-inch) layers
