Kahlua Cream Frosting      

Ingredients:
2 tb Kahlua
1 ts Instant coffee powder
1 ts Water
2 c Whipping cream
2 tb Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract

Directions:
Combine Kahlua, instant coffee powder, and water, stirring until smooth. Beat whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until foamy; add coffee mixture, beating until firm peaks form.

Yield: 4 cups.
