Lemonade Royal Icing      
 

Ingredients:
3 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 tbsp meringue powder
6 tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Directions:
Beat all ingredients in a large bowl at high speed of electric mixer until smooth and cover with a towel until ready to use. (icing is best for piping decorations you want to completely harden)

Makes 2 cups.
