Lime Frosting        
 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
1 pinch salt
3 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted
1-1/2 tbs. lime juice
1/2 to 1 tbs. milk
 

Directions:
In mixing bowl, place butter or margarine, salt and 1 cup of confectioner's sugar. Cream together until light and fluffy. Add 2 more cups of confectioner's sugar alternately with lime juice and milk, beating until very smooth and of spreading consistency.
