Maple Butter Cream Frosting
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
Cream butter and 1/2 cup shortening together.
Add maple syrup.
Gradually add confectioners' sugar.
Gradually add milk and continue beating until light and airy.
Add more milk if necessary.
Add more maple syrup, if desired.
