Mocha Butter Cream Frosting
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Butter or margarine; softened
4 c Sifted powdered sugar
2 tbs Instant coffee powder
2 tbs Milk
1 ts Vanilla or almond extract
Directions:
Cream butter at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add sugar, beating
until light and fluffy.
Dissolve instant coffee powder in milk; add to butter and sugar mixture; beat
until spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla.
Yield: 3 cups. |
