Orange-Butter Cream Frosting
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tbsp. Orange juice
2 tsp grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cup confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Beat the butter, milk, orange juice, orange rind, salt, and 1 cup confectioners'
sugar in bowl until smooth.
Slowly beat in another 3 cups confectioners' sugar; continue beating until
spreading consistency.
