Sea Foam Frosting II
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/3 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, egg whites, water, and salt in the top of a double boiler.
Stir until sugar dissolves (over boiling water). Beat on high speed for 7
minutes until it holds soft peaks. Remove from heat and stir in flavoring.
