Guacamole #7
1 onion, raw, finely chopped
1 tomato, raw, finely chopped
6 avocados, raw, mashed
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish, ground
4 drops hot sauce
1/8 tsp. red peppers, crushed
(optional)
Mix together in small bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
Guacamole gets hotter as it sits. Serve with chips or raw
vegetables.
