How to use herbs

With Poultry:
Use oregano, rosemary, sage or savory

With Beef:
Use chives, cloves, cumin, garlic, hot pepper, marjoram, rosemary or savory

With Fish:
Use anise, cinnamon, coriander, cloves, ginger, mint or rose, geranium

With Vegetables:
Use basil, chervil, chives, dill, marjoram, mint, parsley, tarragon, or thyme.
