Chocolate Pecan Cheesecake Bars

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
1/2 cup softened butter/margarine
3/4 cup chopped pecans
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven to 350*. Grease 13x9x2-inch pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix,
butter and egg. Mix at low speed until combined. Stir in pecans. Reserve 1 cup
of mixture for topping and set aside. Press remaining mixture evenly in bottom
of greased pan.
Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until fluffy. Add remaining filling ingredients
and beat at medium speed until smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle reserved
topping evenly over filling.
Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes or until center is puffed and edges are lightly
browned. Cool completely. Cut into 36 bars. Store in refrigerator. May be frozen
if not eaten soon or made ahead of time.
