Chocolate Spritz Cookies

1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat
in chocolate, egg, vanilla and almond extracts. Beat well.
Sift together the flour and baking powder; stir into the creamed mixture,
blending well. Do not chill. Force dough through cookie press, forming desired
shapes on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen chocolate spritz cookies.
