Reese's Cookies Recipe

2 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
10 regular or 20 miniature Reese Cups, coarsely chopped
8 ounces chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and sugars; mix 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Gently stir in Reese's cups and chocolate chips.

Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cookies will look soft and underdone--do not overbake.
