Lamb Chops with Cranberry-Orange Salsa

Ingredients:
8 lamb loin chops
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium orange, peeled and chopped (or 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges,
chopped)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions:
For salsa, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
Combine orange juice and Worcestershire. Brush lamb chops with mixture. Grill
over moderate coals for 5 minutes. Turn and grill 4 to 6 minutes longer or to
medium doneness (160 degrees internal temperature). Or if desired, broil chops 4
inches from heating source using the same timing.
