1 c. heavy cream whipped
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbs. sour cream
1/4 c. heavy cream or 1/8th cream 1/8th c. water
1-4 serving size Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
In a small bowl, whip the cream, set aside. In another bowl cream the cheese, sour cream, and the 1/4 c. cream. Mix well and stir in the chocolate pudding mix. Blend well, fold in the whipped cream, taste for sweetness, add sugar sub if necessary.
Using a pastry bag OR a zip-lock bag with a tiny bit of a corner snipped off, Pipe the pipe Hershey Kisses size candy onto a sheet pan that is covered with waxed paper. Place in freezer until solid.
NOTE: The whole recipe is 37.4 grams carb, so divide according to the number of kisses that you make.
