Eatmore Protein Bars

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons sour cream
2 Tablespoons cream cheese
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup cream
1 1/8 cups All-BranŽ Cereal
1/8 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup pecans
10 Tablespoons Splenda
3 Tablespoons cocoa (I'd add more next time or maybe some chocolate extract ) 1/4 cup Chocolate Flavored Whey Protein Powder
1/4 cup Soy Protein Powder
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Method:
Mix first group of ingredients together in saucepan and heat over stove to melt and blend. You can also do this in the microwave in a glass measure.

Mix all dry ingredients together in medium size bowl. Add saucepan ingredients to bowl ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly.

Add 2 eggs and vanilla.

Pour into greased 8x8 pan and bake for 25 minutes. (I don't have the 11x7 pan everyone prefers). Cut into 12 squares. Wrap and freeze. Throw in your bag in the morning and they will be thawed in time for lunch.
