Ingredients: 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 1/2 C Soy Bake Mix (I used GNC brand) Atkins Baking Mix works well 1/2 tsp.Garlic Powder 2 tbs. oil 1/2 C cream 1/4 C water (add slowly, don't get dough too thin) 1 1/2 tsp. butter extract, optional 4oz grated cheddar cheese 2 TBS baking powder Method: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingred. together. Dough will be almost like cookie dough. Drop by Tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 min. or until slightly golden. Makes bout 18. (About 1.8 carbs each) Serve with butter! Would be good with soups! They look as though they would freeze well. From Sarah Yelton |
