12 ounces Ricotta Cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 packets Splenda
1 tablespoon Orange peel (optional)
3/4 container (15 oz.) whole milk Ricotta Cheese
4 pkg. "Equal" or to taste
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Place in food processor and whirl until very creamy and smooth Add orange peel..
Place a heaping tbs. into each crepe. Roll like jelly roll and brown each side lightly in butter.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and maybe some cooked down strawberries sweetened with sugar sub Or:.
Fill with cream cheese and 1 tsp. low carb jam, roll and fry in butter on each side. Serve with sour cream if desired. Add extra carbs for filling.
