1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Splenda
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a bowl beat the egg, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop by blobs on foil lined cookie sheet or baking stone. Flatten with your finger.
Bake 350 16-18 minutes
