Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1 can drained artichoke hearts
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup Hellmann's, Or Best Foods Mayo
1/4 cup chopped onion

Method:
Blend all ingredients in food processor. Bake in small casserole dish at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with pork rinds or Bran-a-crisp crackers Serves 8.
