Ingredients: In blender place the following: 3 eggs 1/2 c. cottage cheese 2 tbs. melted butter 1/3 c. Atkins or GNC Soy Baking Mix 1/4 tsp. salt 2 pkg. Splenda 1/8 tsp. onion powder, or to taste, optional dash of caraway seeds (optional) 1/2 tsp. baking powder **If you don't have baking mix use soy flour and add 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder *The herbs are optional. I don't use them often Method: Heat waffle iron, place a bit of butter in each square Pour in half the batter, close lid and cook until brown. Remove and continue with remainder of batter. 1/2 recipe is about 5 grams carb ( use as bread ) By Barbo 8 Squares or 2 servings |
