Babycake Muffins

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 c sugar
1-1/4 c oil
4 oz baby pureed applesauce
4 oz baby pureed apricots
4 oz baby pureed carrots
2 c flour
2 t cinnamon
2 t baking soda

Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar, oil, and baby food. In small bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, and baking soda. Add to wet ingredients. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 15-20 minutes.
