Passionfruit Crunchy Muffins

Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup passionfruit pulp

topping:
mix tog:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oats
3 tbs butter
 

Directions:
Mix muffin ingredients till just combined. 3/4 fill well-greased muffin pans & sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 350f for 15-20 minutes
