Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. white baking chips
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 T. oil
1 egg
1 c. raspberries
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Grease bottoms only of a 12 cup muffin tin or use paper liners. Stir all
ingredients except berries in a large bowl, just until moistened. Fold in
berries. Divide the batter into the 12 cups. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool 5
minutes , remove from pan. Serve warm. You can sift conf. sugar over tops or
drizzle a glaze over each muffin.
